We believe that the core of the Christian life is to follow in the footsteps of Jesus.  In other words, we seek to love God, love others, and make disciples, just as Jesus did.  In order to encourage each other in doing this, we've created certain structures and programs to help us grow as disciples of Jesus.  Listed below are some of the regular activities you'll find at First Congregational Church.

Youth Ministry

We seek to support your young people during their middle and high school years and beyond by providing opportunities to fellowship with each other, study the Bible, and discuss the challenges of following Jesus in their context.  We hold regular weekly meetings and occasional special events.
Youth group meets at the Ewing home on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 when Kasson-Mantorville Schools are in session.

Small Groups

Join us on Wednesdays for mid-week Bible study!  Come at 10:00am or 6:00pm. Our evening small group includes a pot-luck supper and child care.

Children's Ministry

We provide Sunday School opportunities for all ages beginning at 8:45 on Sunday mornings from September through May.  Our Sunday School classes for 2014-2015 use the "Believe" curriculum  to learn how to think, act, and be like Jesus.  Vacation Bible School provides opportunities for fun and growth in June.  We also provide nursery care for children 5 and under during our Sunday worship service year-round.
